Feeding off my suffering
Thriving off my pain
Feeding off my suffering
Everytime I close my eyes
I can't help but lose my mind
This feeling that I've let inside
Something I had left behind
Someone bring me to my senses
See the world through different lenses
Just one more, fact of life
Just one less, dead this time
Feeding off my suffering
Thriving off my pain
Can't let it be in vain
I know you see me as someone to lie to
But I can see through you and I feel your pain too
I see you
Standing there, in despair
Stay alive
Don't lose the fight
Don't let go
Life stands still
Against your will
It's up to you
The path you choose
As time, passes by, you'll come to realize
(Your light)
And open your eyes
All those days spent, wondering, why you're still here
Gives you
Strength, That you've gathered, from, fighting
your own feelings
How many times have you
come back from the brink
Channel your hate
Break the cycle, break your chains
Channel your hatred and
Harness your pain
This is the album that got me into Zao. I had heard Splinter, Blood, and Liberate, but they didn't really do it for me (although I did enjoy the listen). Cue the first track on this album. Within the first 30 seconds I knew I had to have it. Bought the cd within the day. This album is a whole 'nother beast.
Oh, and the clean vocals? SPOT ON. TheSpyHunter
